The Italian Commerce Association  Announces  Partnership with The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.

The Italian Commerce Association (IT-COMM) is proud to announce a new partnership with The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Greystone, St. Helena, California, dedicated to fostering educational and cultural exchanges with leading Italian culinary institutions.

This collaboration reflects IT-COMM’s commitment to strengthening the ties between the culinary communities of Italy and the United States and to providing aspiring chefs with meaningful opportunities to expand their knowledge, skills, and international experience.

As part of this initiative, the IT-COMM Foundation for Cultural and Culinary Education is developing a series of events and fundraising activities to support the creation of scholarships for future culinary professionals. These scholarships will help provide talented students with access to experiences that can contribute to their professional development and future careers in the culinary arts.

Through this partnership, IT-COMM (and the IT-COMM Foundation) hope to build lasting connections between institutions, educators, and young culinary professionals, while promoting the excellence and rich traditions of Italian cuisine.
